What to Expect
I will work with you to determine your goals for our time together so you can know when counseling has been successful. I offer short-term counseling, which provides support, skill building, coping strategies and shifts in your perspective. I also offer long term counseling, which means examining deeper issues, working through your hurts and wounds and then integrating healing into how you live day to day.
